About Get Home Tutor – Built on More Than a Decade of Real Education Experience

Get Home Tutor is backed by an education journey that began in Delhi in 2012—from coaching students and working closely with teachers to managing CBSE senior secondary schools across Delhi.

Today, we bring that experience, academic understanding and educator network together to help parents find the right teacher for their child.

OUR FOUNDATION

We come from the teaching profession. That experience shapes how we understand students, evaluate academic requirements and connect families with suitable teachers.

OUR JOURNEY

Built Over Years Inside the Education System

Get Home Tutor is not where our journey in education began. It is the result of years spent teaching students, working within Delhi's coaching ecosystem, managing schools and building relationships with educators.

01
2012 THE BEGINNING

Our Journey in Education Begins in Delhi

We began our professional journey in education and coaching in Delhi in 2012. What started inside classrooms gradually became years of working closely with students, parents, teachers and academic requirements.

02
DELHI COACHING EXPERIENCE

Teaching Beyond Our Own Coaching Institute

Alongside running our own coaching institute, our professional experience also included working with different coaching institutes in Janakpuri, Delhi.

Being part of this environment gave us first-hand exposure to different teaching methods, faculty strengths and the academic demands of school and competitive-exam students.

03
STUDENTS THE REAL OUTCOME

Watching Students Move From Classrooms to Professional Careers

Over the years, many students from our coaching journey have moved forward into medicine, engineering and other professional careers.

For us, these journeys have reinforced something we learned early: the right academic guidance at the right stage can make a meaningful difference in a student's direction.

04
6 SCHOOLS EDUCATION OPERATIONS

Our Experience Expanded From Coaching to Schools

Our work in education eventually expanded beyond coaching. Today, we operate six CBSE Senior Secondary Schools across different locations in Delhi through school management and lease arrangements.

This experience keeps us closely connected with school academics, teachers, students, parents and the practical realities of education at different learning stages.

05
TODAY GET HOME TUTOR

Bringing Years of Education Experience Into the Student's Home

Get Home Tutor brings together what we have learned through coaching, school education and years of working with teachers: every student does not need the same kind of academic support.

Our goal is to use that experience and educator network to connect families with teachers suited to the student's class, subject, learning level and academic goals.

2012 → TODAY

Education Has Changed Around Us. Our Profession Hasn't.

Teaching and education remain at the centre of what we do. Get Home Tutor is simply a new way to bring that experience closer to individual students.

EXPERIENCE THAT SHAPES OUR APPROACH

Education at Scale. Attention at One-to-One Level.

Managing schools and working in coaching gives you a broad view of education. Home tuition brings the focus back to one student. Get Home Tutor connects these two perspectives.

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOUR CHILD

We See Education From More Than One Side of the Classroom

Years in coaching and school education have given us the opportunity to work closely with students, teachers and different academic requirements. That experience influences how we think about home tuition today.

01

We Understand Different Student Levels

A primary-school child, a Class 10 student and a JEE or NEET aspirant require very different teaching approaches and different levels of faculty.

02

We Understand the Importance of the Teacher

Years of working around educators make one thing clear: qualifications matter, but the ability to explain, communicate and teach effectively matters just as much.

03

We Understand School & Competitive Learning

Regular school support, board preparation and competitive exams are different academic requirements. The teacher should be chosen accordingly.

04

We Know When a Subject Specialist Matters

As academic difficulty increases, especially in Classes 11–12 and competitive exams, deeper subject expertise can become far more important than general tuition.

OUR PERSPECTIVE

A School Teaches Hundreds of Students. A Home Tutor Has to Understand One.

That's the value we want to bring to home tuition—strong academic understanding combined with the individual attention that becomes possible when a teacher works with one student.

OUR TEACHER NETWORK

Years in Education Build Something You Can't Create Overnight.

More than a decade in coaching and school education has helped us build long-standing professional connections with teachers across different subjects, classes and academic levels.

Today, our network includes school tutors, experienced subject specialists and senior competitive-exam faculty across Delhi NCR.

TEACHERS IN OUR NETWORK 1500+

Built through years of working in coaching, schools and the teaching community.

01
SCHOOL TUITION

Academic Home Tutors

Teachers for regular learning, concepts, homework support and school-level academic requirements.

02
CLASSES 9–10

Subject-Focused Teachers

Tutors with stronger subject knowledge for Maths, Science, English and other secondary-level subjects.

03
CLASSES 11–12

Senior Subject Specialists

Experienced faculty for Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Accountancy, Economics and other subjects.

04
JEE & NEET

Experienced Competitive-Exam Faculty

Senior subject faculty for students who require deeper concepts, advanced problem solving and personal support.

15+ YEARS
EXPERIENCE WHERE IT MATTERS

Some Students Need More Than a Regular Home Tutor

Our network includes highly qualified senior educators, with many experienced faculty members bringing 15+ years of teaching experience. This becomes particularly valuable for Classes 11–12, advanced subjects and JEE & NEET preparation.

Physics Chemistry Mathematics Biology
WHY A LARGE NETWORK MATTERS

1500+ Teachers Doesn't Mean Giving You 1500 Choices.

The value of a strong teacher network is not making parents search through hundreds of profiles. It gives us a wider pool from which to look for a teacher suited to the student's class, subject, academic level, location and schedule.

More options for us. A more relevant choice for you.
BOARD-SPECIFIC TEACHING EXPERIENCE

Different Boards Need More Than the Same Textbook Approach

Years of working with school students and teachers have taught us that the class may be the same, but the academic requirement can change with the board. Syllabus structure, prescribed books, question style and expected depth all influence how a student should be taught.

CBSE • CLASSES 1–12

CBSE: Build the Concept Before Chasing the Answer

For CBSE students, particularly in Maths and Science, simply completing exercises is not enough. We emphasize clear concepts, NCERT-based understanding and the ability to apply what has been learned when the question is presented differently.

Our approach: Concept → NCERT → Application → Practice → Exam preparation.

Explore CBSE Home Tuition →
ICSE / ISC • SCHOOL TO SENIOR SECONDARY

ICSE & ISC: Depth, Explanation and Strong Subject Understanding

ICSE and ISC students often work with detailed subject content. Our focus is not simply on remembering information, but on understanding terminology, writing complete answers and developing the subject depth expected at the student's level.

Our approach: Read → Understand → Explain → Write → Refine.

STATE BOARDS

State Boards: Teach According to the Actual Syllabus

State Board tuition should not be treated as a generic version of another board. The teacher needs to work according to the student's prescribed syllabus, textbooks, school requirements and examination expectations.

Our approach: Board → Syllabus → Textbook → Student gaps → Exam requirement.

WHERE EXPERIENCE MAKES A DIFFERENCE

We Don't Ask a Student to Adjust to a Generic Tuition Pattern

Before teaching begins, the tutor needs to understand what the student's school and board actually expect. A Class 10 Maths student, for example, should not be taught from a disconnected set of questions while the school is following a particular syllabus, textbook sequence and examination pattern.

01

Know the Board

Understand the student's curriculum first.

02

Follow the Syllabus

Stay aligned with what the student actually has to study.

03

Find the Gaps

Identify what the student understands and where clarity is missing.

04

Prepare Accordingly

Connect concept learning with school and exam requirements.

The Board Defines What to Learn. Good Teaching Defines How to Learn It.

And that “how” can change from Mathematics to Physics, Biology, English, Accountancy or Computer Science.

See How We Teach Subjects →
OUR WAY OF TEACHING

We Don't Just Correct Answers. We Teach Students Why They Go Wrong.

Many wrong answers are not caused by a lack of intelligence. A missed rule, misunderstood concept or one small step can change the entire solution. Our one-to-one approach focuses on identifying these gaps and making the logic clear.

MATHEMATICS

Why Can 8 ÷ 2 × 4 Go Wrong?

A student may think multiplication must always be done before division. But multiplication and division have equal priority, so we solve them from left to right: 8 ÷ 2 × 4 = 4 × 4 = 16.

We teach the rule behind the step, so the student can apply it correctly even when the question changes.

Explore Mathematics Tuition →
PHYSICS

A Correct Formula Can Still Give the Wrong Answer

Suppose speed is given in 72 km/h but the calculation requires metres per second. Using 72 directly gives the wrong result. 72 km/h = 20 m/s.

In Physics, we train students to check units before substituting numbers—not after the answer goes wrong.

Explore Physics Tuition →
CHEMISTRY

2H₂ + O₂ → 2H₂O Is More Than an Equation

A common mistake is comparing reactants only by their given mass. Chemical reactions follow the mole ratio. Here, 2 moles of H₂ react with 1 mole of O₂.

We make students read an equation as a quantitative relationship, which makes stoichiometry much easier to understand.

Explore Chemistry Tuition →
BIOLOGY

Arteries Don't Simply Mean “Oxygenated Blood”

Students often memorize that arteries carry oxygenated blood. The better rule is: arteries carry blood away from the heart. The pulmonary artery carries deoxygenated blood.

We prefer concepts over shortcuts that fail when an exception appears in the question.

Explore Biology Tuition →
ENGLISH

“Each of the Students Are” — What Went Wrong?

The nearby word students is plural, but the true subject is each, which is singular. So we write: “Each of the students is ready.”

Instead of memorizing isolated grammar rules, students learn how to identify the real subject of a sentence.

Explore English Tuition →
ACCOUNTANCY

Why Is Outstanding Salary Still an Expense?

A student may think an unpaid salary should not be recorded. But under the accrual concept, an expense belongs to the period in which it is incurred, even if payment is still due.

Once students understand the principle behind an adjustment, journal entries stop feeling like rules to memorize.

Explore Accountancy Tuition →
ECONOMICS

Movement Along Demand Is Not a Shift in Demand

If the product's own price changes, we normally move along the same demand curve. If income, preferences or another determinant changes, the demand curve itself may shift.

We connect diagrams with the reason behind the change instead of asking students to memorize arrows.

Explore Economics Tuition →
COMPUTER SCIENCE

Why Can = and == Change the Entire Program?

In many programming languages, = assigns a value, while == compares two values. Confusing the two can change the program's logic completely.

We teach students to trace what each statement actually does, rather than only copying syntax from examples.

Explore Computer Science Tuition →
THIS IS THE DIFFERENCE

Find the Mistake → Understand the Reason → Fix the Concept → Practice Again

When a student gives a wrong answer, simply showing the correct solution may fix one question. Understanding exactly where the thinking went wrong can fix the next ten. That's the kind of one-to-one teaching we value.

HOW WE MATCH A TUTOR

We Don't Just Match a Subject. We Match the Teacher to the Student.

Finding a Maths or Physics teacher is easy. The important part is finding the right level of teacher for that particular student. We first understand the requirement, then look for a suitable match from our teacher network.

EXAMPLE 01 • CLASS 6 MATHS

“My Child Is Weak in Maths Basics.”

This student may not need the most senior Mathematics faculty. A patient teacher who can identify learning gaps, rebuild concepts and make the child comfortable with Maths can be a better match.

Better match:
Patient foundation-focused Maths tutor.

EXAMPLE 02 • CLASS 12 PHYSICS

“Concepts Are Clear, but Numericals Go Wrong.”

Here the requirement is different. The student may need an experienced Physics specialist who can identify errors in formula selection, units, calculations and problem-solving steps.

Better match:
Experienced senior Physics subject specialist.

EXAMPLE 03 • NEET PHYSICS

“I'm Taking Coaching, but My Physics Score Is Still Low.”

This student does not necessarily need another regular tuition class. Personal support from experienced competitive-exam faculty can focus specifically on weak concepts, question application, speed and recurring mistakes.

Better match:
Senior faculty with competitive-exam teaching experience.

THE IDEA IS SIMPLE

Same Subject. Different Student. Different Teacher Requirement.

That's why our 1500+ teacher network matters. It gives us access to teachers with different levels of experience, subject expertise and teaching styles—so we can look beyond the subject name and consider what the student actually needs.

1

Tell Us the Problem

Class, subject and where the student needs help.

2

We Understand the Level

Foundation, school, board or competitive preparation.

3

We Look for the Match

A suitable teacher from our available network.

4

Take a Demo

Let the student experience the teaching before deciding.

OUR TEACHING BELIEF A Wrong Answer Often Tells a Teacher Where the Real Problem Is.

Good one-to-one teaching is not just about correcting the answer. It is about finding where the student went wrong, explaining why, fixing the concept and helping the student solve it independently.

FREE DEMO BEFORE YOU DECIDE

Don’t Choose a Tutor Just by Reading a Profile. See How They Teach.

Qualifications, experience and subject expertise are important, but the final question is simple: does your child understand the teacher? A demo class gives you the chance to check that before starting regular tuition.

01 • EXPLANATION

Can the Teacher Make a Difficult Topic Feel Clear?

Notice whether the teacher explains the idea step by step instead of simply giving the final answer.

02 • INTERACTION

Is Your Child Comfortable Asking Questions?

Good one-to-one tuition should give the student enough confidence to say, “I didn’t understand,” and ask again without hesitation.

03 • TEACHING FIT

Does the Teacher Match the Student’s Level?

The demo helps you see whether the teacher’s pace, subject depth and teaching approach are suitable for your child’s actual need.

OUR SIMPLE APPROACH

We Can Recommend a Teacher. You and Your Child Should Judge the Teaching.

We believe this is a better way to build trust than asking parents to depend only on claims, qualifications or a tutor profile. Experience the class, observe the teaching and then decide whether you want to continue.
